Imperial Leisure created the keynote speech films, HD projections and pre-visualisations for the Xbox X06 conference in Barcelona. Treatment Working closely with Done & Dusted during planning stages of the event we produced high quality 3D visualisations of the conference and party space to be used as part of their presentation to Microsoft. For the event itself we produced a sequence promoting the inclusive ‘com- munity gaming’ message of Xbox 360. We created a custom typeface to make hundreds of ‘game tags’ belonging to the invited guests and journalists which were projected across 6 screens joined up seamlessly for the duration of the conference. For the main keynote address by Peter Moore we produced a two minute intro film, continuing the use of gamer tags building tension and pace before an explosive resolve to the Xbox 360 logo. Results Because of our pre-visualisations 3D renders of the conference and party spaces we greatly reduced sign off times with Microsoft. On every level the event was personalised by our work, from the sequences projected across the walls down to the typeface we customised.     |
