Growing uses of Twitter

Wed, 02/18/2009 - 19:16

When FaceBook first became popular, and didn't really think too much about how they can make money, they blew MySpace out of the water by implementing open standards such FBML which allows all developers to develop applications. This created a thriving community and tons of new FaceBook apps which in turn created more interest and more user registrations, and more return visits. In a very similar way, as Twitter usage is ballooning, enterprising hackers are coming up with novel uses which have outgrown Twitter's humble messaging origins. Wired magazine have just published a great article about the expanding uses of twitter. And we will update with our twitter feed shortly!
