Social Media Manager

Imperial Leisure is a creative agency based in Hoxton, London. We are a small-but-growing team working with some amazing clients. We are looking for a highly creative individual with strong copywriting, strategy and analytical skills to join our team and help us grow.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Running various clients’ and our own social media channels;
  • Writing copy for emails, CRM campaigns and blog posts;
  • Creating winning concepts and strategies;
  • Contributing to brainstorms and discussions;
  • Meeting prospective and existing clients;
  • Writing fresh and engaging copy, as well as participating/creating conversations, identifying advocates and running competitions;
  • Using Photoshop, Illustrator and other tools to create graphic content;
  • Sourcing and writing content for blogs, and assist with the development of a community strategy for social media channels;
  • Building relationships with fans and influencers, respond to fan and customer queries/concerns/problems with quality solutions and support;
  • Working closely with the team to understand and participate in ongoing marketing and campaign activities;
  • Understanding and reporting on the community’s health and progress through qualitative and quantitative feedback/insight;
  • From time to time, during out-of-office hours, responding to messages and comments that we and our clients receive on social media
  • Liaising with clients and team members.

You Must:

  • Be Experienced with working in an agency environment;
  • Be Experienced with working with brands;
  • Be Experienced with developing and managing social media channels;
  • Be Always online one way or the other. You’re plugged into social media and always know what’s going on;
  • Well-spoken and great at interacting with people, both online and offline;
  • Have exceptional writing skills;
  • Self-driven and have great organisational skills;
  • A strong understanding of social media - i.e. design, functionality and users of the most popular networks;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Have Experience of managing social media and B2C marketing communications.

Your Minimum Qualifications:
