Swatch Scuba Libre Blogger Launch
Swatch went mad about the sea and surfaced with a new collection; Scuba Libre, nine exuberant statement watches, drenched in colour and style. Each of the watches are named after sea creatures and summer moments.
Swatch produced a TV commercial, “Mad About the Sea” for the new collection. In the ad, the surreal scenes show a man feeding a giant fire fish, skateboarders riding the open road and a submarine flies through an underground station.
In an age where blogger launches are common and follow a standard format, we created an unforgettable blogger launch for UK bloggers.
We identified influential bloggers and invited them to the launch to show them the new product range and the Swatch-branded Central Line train. Along the way, we surprised the bloggers with a performance of ‘Underwater’ song from the TV commercial on the Central Line by a professional a cappella choir dressed as marine life.
The video of the event was the most viewed video on Swatch UK's YouTube page and was a hit with the bloggers and influencers.
We thought the influencer coverage was all really positive and there were some great features on Scuba Libre. We were really impressed by the amount of hits we got on the video!
