Millennium Hotels and Resorts is a hotel group that seamlessly blends Asian hospitality with western comfort. It has a unique range of over 120 properties across 70+ destinations. We are their global partner for social media, influencer engagement, digital design, campaigns and branding.

This case study showcases our award-winning work for the relaunch of My Millennium, their guest loyalty programme.


The My Millennium Story

The objective of the My Millennium relaunch was to increase sign-ups and improve brand awareness.

As part of the launch we produced a range of collaterals across print and digital, plus two hero campaigns, Love My Millennium and Stay Like A Millionaire, a competition to win 1 million loyalty points.


All-new My Millennium App

We created a film to promote the all-new My Millennium App


Influencer Collaborations

A key part of the both campaigns was influencer engagement. We designed the collaborations not only for awareness, but also for content creation, as using the content was a key part of the creative.


The Results

The Stay Like A Millionaire campaign generated 3,676 new My Millennium members across the duration of the campaign, with a total of 2,664 bookings from guests who entered the competition.

The campaign won Best Loyalty Programme Relaunch at The Loyalty & Engagement Awards in 2019.
